Position: R2R Accountant (General Ledger & SAP) Location: Pune Experience: 2 to 4 Years CTC: Up to 6 LPA Shift: Night Shift Joining: Immediate / 015 Days
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented R2R Accountant with strong expertise in General Ledger and SAP. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting activities
Perform journal entries and adjustments
Handle balance sheet reconciliations
Execute month-end closing and reporting activities
Manage accruals and variance analysis
Work on fixed asset accounting
Support inventory accounting & standard costing (basic level)
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of reports
Skills Required
2+ years of experience in R2R / General Ledger accounting
Hands-on experience with ERP SAP (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education
B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA / BBM (Commerce Background Only)
