What would you do You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
The Record to Report team helps clients and organizations in their operational efficiency and balance sheet integrity, cuts time to close and safeguards compliance with regulatory requirements.
The areas where this team s expertise lies is in posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supports in audits.

In Inventory Accounting Operations, you will manage material stocks on a quantity and value basis, entering, documenting all goods movements & updating the physical inventory. This involves recording, tracking materials in terms of quantity & value using inventory management functions that cater for internal movements and storage. You will manage the processes for the setup of inventory structure to support stocking, tracking, & inventory replenishment, accounting for write offs and inventory.

Strong RTR domain knowledge (Account Reconciliations, Reporting, Journal entries , Internal Audit, Segment Accounting, Subsegment Accounting, Enterprise Accounting, Intercompany, Financial Reporting, General accounting Close Services & Recons )
Problem-solving skills

Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong written and verbal communication
Hands on SAP & Blackline experience
Operational Excellence
Experience in handling a team of minimum 30+ RTR resources.

Roles and Responsibilities: In this role, you need manage a team of 30+ team members.
To analyze and solve moderately complex problems.
Creating new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
The role requires a clear understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
You will need to hold monthly meaningful conversations with team members to discuss performance, coaching and feedback, training needs, and career discussions.
You will need to monitor & drive team performance, including throughput and quality as per defined metrics.
Interact with peers and/or management levels with clients or internal stakeholders.
You would be managing medium-large sized teams and/or work efforts at a client.
Understand and effectively manage the team s governance and performance Understand the level of risk & propose mitigation plans and partner with other support teams to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
Delegate to develop and groom team members for succession planning.
Maintain client relationships interface through regular connects and emails.
Understand client priorities and problems & help translate actions for the team.
