Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the real estate team
Coordinate showings, open houses, and appointments
Prepare listing documentation and transaction paperwork
Assist with marketing activities including social media posts, listing promotions, and email campaigns
Communicate with clients, agents, and service providers
Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and client records
Help organize property marketing materials such as brochures, photos, and videos
Assist with general office tasks and day-to-day operations
Qualifications
Real estate license (preferred but not required)
Previous administrative or real estate experience is an asset
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
