Key Responsibilities

- Client Presentations: Showcase projects through presentations, site visits, and detailed explanations of pricing,
payment plans, and offers.
- Sales Closure: Negotiate deals, secure bookings, coordinate documentation, and ensure smooth handover with
CRM/Accounts team.
- Reporting & Targets: Maintain daily MIS on enquiries, visits, and closures; achieve monthly/quarterly sales
targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to drive sales
strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and legal teams for seamless project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate (any stream) with 1-3 years of real estate sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
- Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market, RERA regulations preferred.
- Willing to work weekends and flexible hours during peak campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Real estate sales certification or diploma.
- Experience with residential apartment sales.
- Two-wheeler with valid license for site visits.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
