What’s on offer?
We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Receptionist with accounts payable/receivable experience for our Fulton Hogan Utilities business. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience, with on-the-job skill development/coaching offered throughout.
In this role you'll be responsible for:
Operating telephone switchboard appropriately and manages incoming calls and messages professionally while demonstrating customer service skills
Attending reception as required and positively welcoming visitors
Performing routine word processing and clerical functions
Accurately processes basic functions relating to accounts payable/receivable and general accounting duties
Accurately sorting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries. Storing safely at all times in accordance with WHS
Providing assistance to local Accounts/Contracts Administration teams as required
Completing other reasonable general office and accounting duties as required.
