• Manage multiple stakeholders
• Ensure smooth month end close & reporting every month
• Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls
• Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements
• Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required
• Takes responsibility as senior manager, within the financial environment, for monitoring performance, and managing the service in an efficient and effective manner
• Drive continuous improvement of processes to bring in efficiencies and process enhancements
• Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies, robust risk and compliance adherence
• Manage and build high performing teams, retention of workforce, Reward and Recognition of team members, cross skilling and support team members in coaching / mentoring, career progression etc. Qualifications Minimum qualifications
• Candidate with B.Com degree
• Meaningful work experience Preferred qualifications
• Candidates with CA Inter degree & Meaningful work experience in General Ledger
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
