Job Overview
We are looking for a JR Accountant to join our team at A L Paper House, the largest Handmade Paper & Paper Products Exporter in India. As a JR Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accounting records.
This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting.
Qualifications And Skills
• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
• Proficiency in using Tally accounting software
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good understanding of accounts and financial principles
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in using computer applications and Microsoft Office suite
Roles And Responsibilities
• Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Prepare and maintain accounting records, financial statements, and reports
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles
• Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing activities
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements and other accounts
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations
• Handle vendor and customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances
• Assist in the implementation of financial controls and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
