Job Description
Snapmint was started by a closely-knit team of passionate bankers and technocrats from IIT Bombay.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the Credit Risk Operations team responsible for managing frauds and credit risks
· Work with Credit, Data Science and Product teams to ensure smooth implementation of new policies, product related and other credit changes from time to time
· Develop, implement and monitor processes to ensure customer approvals are within TAT, loans are approved as per the policies and processes
· Work with Merchant Operation teams for any merchant or customer queries w.r.t approvals and other credit related process
· Maintain portfolio MIS, delinquency MIS and other operations related MIS for monitoring the overall portfolio and team performance
· Responsible for recruitment, conduct periodic trainings with team to apprise them on policy changes, planning of team roster and periodic performance review
Experience & Qualification Required:
· Minimum 5-6 year’s experience in Unsecured Loans. Experience in Digital lending is a plus.
Must have experience in leading credit team
Must have approved credit
· Good understanding of all KYC norms and guidelines for lending
Experience in managing teams across locations
Location: Jaipur / Mumbai
