Regional HRBP
Location: NAVI MUMBAI
Role Overview The Regional HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at the regional level, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. The role requires strong coordination with business stakeholders to ensure effective HR service delivery and workforce stability.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
• Source candidates through multiple channels including campus recruitment, job drives, employee referrals, and lateral hiring.
• Screen candidate profiles for role fitment and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary and ensure effective offer closures.
• Drive joining ratios and ensure maximum conversion of offers to onboardings.
• Conduct competitor mapping and talent benchmarking.
HR Operations & Employee Management
• Oversee and manage overall HR operations at the regional level.
• Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely manner.
• Ensure smooth movement of promoted employees to respective branches.
• Manage attendance and employee records.
Performance & Attrition Management
• Monitor attrition and implement strategies to maintain it below 5%.
• Track and follow up on performance scorecard completion.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
Employee Engagement
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives across the region.
• Drive a positive work environment and employee experience.
Requirements
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, or Learning & Development.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across levels.
