You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA). You have found the right team.
The Firm wide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) team is responsible for the design, implementation and execution of end-to-end processes supporting U.S. Regulatory Reporting including Consolidated, Capital, Standalone and CCAR/DFAST/ICAAP reporting (also included in scope, is International Regulatory Reporting for select locations in APAC/EMEA/UK/LATAM regions), Regulatory Reporting training and exam management. Additionally, FRRA drives broader strategic initiatives across external reporting including accountability, error and issue management, manual adjustments, variance analysis, quality assurance and the target U.S. Regulatory Reporting platform.

Job Responsibilities :

Delivering operational services that enables LEC and Reporting teams to focus on report review and submission.Enabling straight through processing for External Regulatory Reporting. Simplifying financial information and reduces risk
Informing owners for regulatory reporting platforms. Data validation, completeness and accuracy through reconciliation, adjustments and data quality management
Apply up-to-date product/industry/market knowledge in specialty areas of reporting. Consolidate, review, and analyze quarterly financial data for accuracy and completeness; perform quarter-over-quarter variance analytics. Coordinate data collection and quarterly business results with various lines of business, Regulatory Controllers and reporting teams. Assist in the thorough assessment of the issues and outcomes. Clearly communicate financial information to the lines of businesses, and flag potential issues. Participate in various aspects for the production, review and filing of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports for various regulatory agencies that are used by the regulators for compiling widely-used statistics on the levels of, and changes in, domestic and international portfolio positions. Adhere to proof & control procedures to ensure accurate reconciliation between regulatory filings,
Adhere to various control procedures and edit checks to ensure the integrity of reported financial results. Ensure accurate and complete data submission to the Regulators
Interpret and define regulatory requirements and coordinate internal and external policies
Establish and manage relationships with the line of business as well as with external regulatory agency constituents through ongoing partnership and dialogue
Participate in continuous improvement effort around data quality review and external reporting improvement projects

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
2-4 years in a Finance organization with exposure to accounting, financial statements, and/or regulatory reporting
Degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience in Product Control, Financial Control or knowledge Reg reporting a plus
Strong skills in time management, problem solving, written and oral communication
Team player, with ability to work effectively across diverse functions, locations and businesses
Excellent Excel and computer skills. Strong analytical skills
Strong organizational and time management skills. Project management experience/skills helpful
