Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our team in generating leads from various sectors, pitching banks' unique selling proposition to stakeholders, and servicing customers for their complex needs. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be proactive, and have a keen understanding of TASC (Transaction Account Service Charge) knowledge and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate leads from education institutes, cooperative societies, hospitals, clubs, NGOs & foundations, associations, research bodies, religious institutions, primary agricultural societies, and CSR entities.
2. Pitch the bank's USP to TASC stakeholders, highlighting its value proposition.
3. Source TASC accounts based on generated or self-sourced leads, showcasing expertise in customer relationship management.
4. Understand and verify TASC KYC / Documentations accurately.
5. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complex needs with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential in identifying opportunities and resolving customer issues effectively. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a proven track record in relationship management, account acquisition, and customer retention.
