We are looking for a proactive Manager – Banking Alliances & Onboarding to drive partnerships with banks and financial institutions. The role will focus on identifying, onboarding, and managing bank relationships to enable product expansion, revenue growth, and seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and FIs.
• Lead the end-to-end bank onboarding process (documentation, compliance, integrations).
• Negotiate commercials, partnership models, and product integrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, compliance, risk, tech) for smooth go-live.
• Act as relationship owner, ensuring strong engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Identify new alliance opportunities across lending, payments, APIs, and co-branded solutions.
• Candidate should be good with PPT presentations and fluent in data analytics / management / presentation skills.
What We’re Looking For:
• 5–8 years’ experience in bank partnerships, fintech, or corporate banking.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, fintech integrations, APIs, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification preferred.
