Role Description
• The ITIL Change Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Change Management process within the team/ organization you are assigned to.
• This role involves ensuring the effective and efficient handling of IT infrastructure and business application changes, avoiding unplanned downtime, and maintaining service quality.
• The ITIL Change Manager will work closely with various Application IT and Infrastructure stakeholders to ensure changes are implemented smoothly and successfully.
• The ITIL Change Manager works as a support organization to Production Support teams. They will analyse and provide information that help teams to arrive at a decision on different changes.

Your Key Responsibilities
Governance & Risk of Changes
• Own the risk-based change assessment framework; standardize low/medium/high criteria and feedback loops.
• Chair/facilitate CAB; ensure consistent evidence, rollback/validation plans, and business window alignment.
• Contribute to post implementation reviews and systemic remediation actions.
• Streamline reporting pipelines if required (scheduled jobs, templates, PPT/CSV outputs).
Stakeholder Leadership Management (good to have)
• Partner with App Owners, infra leads, and Support to plan safe changes and minimize customer impact.
• Coach teams/individuals on evidence quality, discipline, and compliance.
Data Analysis and Service Improvement (good to have)
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and statuses to ensure visibility and oversight of key deliverables.
• Monitor outcomes and impacts throughout the project and recommend improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI across Corporate Bank change management process
Your Skills And Experience
• Proven experience across IT infrastructure and business application changes.
• Good experience in Production Application Support and ITIL Practices is beneficial for the role. Good technical background to debug changes related incidents/outages and challenge implementation, rollback, verification plans.
• Keen attention to detail and analytical skills.
• ServiceNow ITSM expertise (Change/Incident/Problem), report building, and data extraction.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management (technical and non-technical).
• ITIL qualification (v3/v4) or equivalent practical mastery.
• Being a Team player and People Management experience is an advantage as you will need to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
