Job Description
Responsibilities:
The individual should have 5-8 years of relevant experience in R2R solutions.
Accounting experience: Ensure that transactions are documented in compliance with group standards and, where relevant, Sarbanes Oxley requirements (regular journal entries, understanding monthly and quarterly close calendars)
Should have Hands on experience in Indian accounting, managing Month end close, Balance sheet reconciliation and Balance Sheet reviews, Issue resolution.
Ensures ledgers are clean- resolving aged open items, reconciling differences, and ensuring master data is maintained to high levels of quality and compliance.
Ensure controls are executed and adhered to in line with Risk and Control Matrices (RACMs) (SOX & MAPs) and wider S&N policies including the Group Finance Manual.
Maintain SOPs to meet S&N standard cycles. Highlight and challenge exceptions from global standards.
Handle the requests from external and internal auditors, other advisors, and relevant country Authorities. Preparation of various details and completion of various Audits like Statutory / Internal / Tax / Transfer price Audit as per requirement.
Should be able to highlight improvement opportunities in existing process and driving process improvement and standardization.
Make suggestions for the future use of new tools and technology in the RTR domain and where approved, implement into the Service offering.

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA
Experience:
5-8 years of experience in Record to Report domain
Demonstrates experience in analyzing financial data, drawing sound conclusions, and developing proposals/solutions
Well Conversed with (AX200+) application.
Proficient with using MS Office tools- Excel.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
Relevant industry experience will be advantageous, ideally in Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals.
Experience of AX200+ / Hyperion / TM1 / Cognos.
Experience of working in a large / listed entity.
Working knowledge and application of SOX control frameworks.
Experience of transition and transformation to an offshore Captive or BPO Transactional Finance operation.
Travel Requirements: <10% 10–25% (if required).
