Head - Finance and Accounts (eCommerce and Technology)
Job Role
Looking for a Senior professional to manage the entire Finance and Account portfolio, with practical experience in Accounting (Corporate Accounts from Technology and ecommerce companies) Accounts Finalization, Consolidation of Subsidiary & Joint Venture Accounts, Direct Tax, Costing, MIS, Transition of Accounts,
Responsibilities
• Preparing MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance such as variance analysis of profit, margin %, Product Group wise Cash Flow, Working Capital.
• Ensuring Transfer Pricing compliances and aligning process of Transfer pricing.
• Managing all facets of cost accounting including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, variance reporting, cost control, product costing - Actual / Standard /Ad-Hoc / Clean Sheet cost working.
• Third Party / LL negotiation & standardization
• NPPA Compliances & Representation
• Vendor Account Scrutiny - GR / IR Clearing, Debit / Credit Note scrutiny (Import & Local).
• Cash Flow Statement, P & L and Balance sheet on monthly basis; documenting and maintaining reports related to cash flow and presenting them to authorities.
Qualifications And Desired Profile
• Chartered Accountant with 14 to 20 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting & taxation, and Team Management.
• Expertise in identifying areas of strength & weaknesses in financial function, drive controllership of taxation area and manage systems effectively to improve efficiency, increase cost saving, productivity & bottom line.
• Working knowledge of Modern Accounting Systems, Accounting Standards and other statutory/regulatory compliances.
• Ability in preparing Financial & Management Reports like cost & benefit analysis, productivity analysis, and cost variance analysis.
• Skilled in analyzing business operation, trends, costs, revenues, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice and report the outcome as part of monthly MIS.
• An effective communicator with good relationship building & interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to Listed companies having manufacturing units is mandatory.
