Role Description
This internship and job role at 1ACCORD is a hybrid position located in Mumbai with some work from home flexibility. The Research and Design Employee will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking methodologies, human-computer interaction, and service design principles to develop innovative solutions. Day-to-day tasks include ethnographic research, ideation, prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
