Role Overview:

As a Research Intern at Atives, you’ll be a key part of our mission to bring together and support creative people from all over the world. In this role, you’ll dive deep into the creative industry, helping us discover talented artists, designers, musicians, and more.

You’ll gather information on what’s trending, find new and exciting creative professionals who could join our platform, and provide insights that will help us grow. Your research will also support our marketing and product teams in making important decisions.

This internship is perfect for college students, freshers, and recent graduates who love the creative world and want to learn more about it. You’ll gain valuable experience while making a real impact on our community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Creative Community Research: Identify and profile emerging and established artists, designers, musicians, and other creative professionals who align with Atives' mission to connect and empower the global creative community. Find and profile artists, designers, and other creative professionals who align with Atives’ mission.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges within the creative industry. Analyze data on industry growth, emerging markets, and potential areas for Atives to expand its reach. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide research-based recommendations.
• Artist Outreach: Develop and implement strategies to reach out to creative professionals, inviting them to join the Atives platform. Build and maintain a database of potential collaborators, influencers, and industry leaders.
• Competitive Landscape: Study and report on competitors and other platforms within the creative industry, providing insights that will inform Atives' strategic direction and feature development.
• Content and Strategy Support: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to provide research-based recommendations that drive content creation, user engagement, and platform growth. Your research will directly influence Atives’ social media strategies, content planning, and feature updates.
• Data Collection and Reporting: Gather qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources, analyze findings, and prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. Your insights will support decision-making processes across different teams.
• Trend Spotting: Keep a close eye on emerging trends in art, design, and creativity, providing timely updates to ensure Atives stays ahead of the curve in offering relevant features and opportunities for its users.
• Community Feedback: Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback from current users to help refine and improve the Atives platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the creative community.
