- Meet and exceed the assigned targets of consumer durable loan through paper finance at Retail Trade / General Trade
- Souricng EMI business through HDFC credit card and debit card customers at the designated counters >Meet the assigned target of bank's products and other cross sell products
- Adhere to Bank's laid down process and due diligence from Login to Disbursal
- Provide regular feedback to Supervisor on Market, Dealers, Customer's requirements
- Maintain difined TAT

- Ensuring timely repayment of sourced loan and support collection
- Adhere to Banks Code of Conduct at all times
- Customer Centricity and timely resolution of Customer/dealer issues and update supervisor time to time
