We specialize in scratch and dent appliances and take pride in providing honest, friendly, and personalized service to every customer. Our goal is to help customers find the right appliance that fits their needs and budget while being fully informed about product condition.
Position: Retail Sales Associate
We are currently hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, communicates clearly, and can think quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
Explain appliance features, pricing, and condition clearly and honestly
Point out all scratches and dents so customers feel confident in their purchase
Spend time with customers to help them select appliances that best fit their needs
Assist with moving appliances, light lifting, and rearranging the showroom
Clean and maintain appliances and sales floor between customer visits
Support daily store operations as needed
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to think on your feet and work independently
Open availability and reliability
Willingness to perform light physical tasks (moving and cleaning appliances)
Retail or sales experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
Valid driver’s license preferred
