Job Title: Part-Time Vape Shop Sales Associate
Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our vape shop team. In this role, you will assist customers with product selection, operate the register, maintain store inventory, and help keep the store clean and organized. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, is dependable, and is comfortable working in a retail environment.
Schedule
Approximately 30–36 hours per week
6-hour shifts, 6 days per week
Duties
Greet customers and provide friendly customer service
Assist customers with product selection and basic vape product information
Operate the POS system and handle cash and card transactions
Check customer ID and follow all applicable vape sales regulations
Restock shelves and maintain product displays
Assist with inventory and stock organization
Keep the store clean and organized throughout the shift
Answer basic phone or in-store inquiries from customers
Requirements
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Must be 18+ (legal age required for vape retail in Alberta)
Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts
Basic knowledge of vape products is an asset
