The Role
Are you passionate about driving revenue growth and optimizing business processes? We're seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to lead the charge in aligning our sales, marketing, and customer success efforts for maximum impact. You'll play a pivotal role in executing Go-To-Market strategies that deliver value for Terra Dotta customers and prospects.
The Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps manager) is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the processes, tools, and strategies that drive revenue growth and efficiency across sales, marketing, customer success and finance teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring alignment across departments, enabling data-driven decision-making, and improving the overall customer experience.

Location: Hybrid in Chapel Hill, NC. / U.S Remote
Reports to: VP of Operations
What You'll Do
• Be an owner of our Salesforce and ChurnZero platforms to drive automation, uncover actionable insights and ensure due diligence as systems of record.
• Work cross departmentally, and act as a connector between sales, marketing, customer success and finance teams.
• Actively drive initiatives geared towards improving data & analytics for the Renewals & Customer Success Organizations including establishing (and iterating) customer Health Scores and CSAT/NPS.
• Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Optimize processes across the customer journey, from lead generation to retention and track them accordingly via KPIs.
What We're Looking For
• A highly motivated, strategic thinker with a proven track record in revenue or sales operations.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar B2B SaaS role, with expertise in CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and analytics
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills and drive for ownership and results
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with a knack for fostering alignment.
• Ability to structure and execute complex analyses and synthesize into clear, actionable insights with business impact
Additional Qualifications
• Track record of successfully establishing revenue related processes to scale the business.
• Exceptional Salesforce and Churnzero experience
• Business Intelligence skills
• Ability to leverage APIs/middleware (Skyvia) to integrate software tooling
• Excitement and curiosity about AI/ML/LLMs
