Sales and Marketing Representatives – Rogers Campaign

We’re currently seeking Sales and Marketing Representatives to join our team representing Rogers Communications, one of Canada’s leading providers of wireless, cable, internet, and smart home services. 100% commission-based pay — the more you sell, the more you earn
Uncapped earning potential — top performers can earn $80,000 – $100,000+ annually
Sales tools and branded materials provided: company tablet, ID badge, branded gear
Hands-on training in Rogers’ products, sales techniques, and compliance
Mentorship and job shadowing to set you up for success
Supportive team environment with ongoing coaching and weekly strategy sessions

Flexible full-time schedule — evening and weekend availability required for maximum customer reach
Your Role:
Represent Rogers Communications and promote their suite of residential products including TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Smart Home solutions
Use face-to-face marketing tactics such as door-to-door canvassing and cold calling to engage with potential customers
Utilize a targeted lead list provided by the client to build your sales funnel
Identify customer needs and tailor personalized Rogers solutions to meet those needs
Deliver a top-tier customer experience and act as a brand ambassador for Rogers
Track and report progress using the Salesforce CRM platform
Participate in weekly team huddles to review performance, share wins, and plan next steps

Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
Outgoing personality — you enjoy meeting new people and starting conversations
Goal-driven — you love a challenge and are motivated by high earnings
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Sales, marketing, or customer service experience is a strong asset
Access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license (required)
Willingness to travel within the region
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
