Urgently Hiring Sales Managers for a leading Life Insurance company for Defence Vertical .Looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Defence Life Insurance with 1–3 years of experience in life insurance sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building high-performing teams, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business from Defence and paramilitary clients
• Promote and sell life insurance products as per customer needs
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
• Build strong relationships with Defence customers for long-term business
• Handle policy documentation, follow-ups, and post-sales service
• Generate leads through references, field activities, and local networking
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA regulations
Required Skills & Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in life insurance sales (Defence channel preferred)
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Field sales experience is mandatory
• Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented
Education
• Graduate in any discipline
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,530.99 - ₹37,000.00 per month
