Job Details:
Location: Hyderabad and Chennai, Delhi
Industry: Car Rental & Transportation Services (B2B Sales Industry)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (Depends on Interview and Current CTC & Experience)
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive responsible for sales lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth in both B2B segments. The candidate will play a key role in increasing company revenue by generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Sales
• Generate new business leads for car rental services in B2B (Corporates, travel agents, event companies)
• Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, field visits, networking & online platforms
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed business opportunities
Business Development
• Develop & maintain strong relationships with corporate clients & individual customers
• Conduct meetings, presentations & negotiations
• Understand client requirements & offer customized solutions
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Skills & Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (transport/logistics preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle B2B clients effectively
• Target-driven & self-motivated attitude
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools & email communication
• Willingness to work in core sales
• Minimum 2–3 pure sales leads per day
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in car rental, cab services, logistics, or travel industry
• Existing corporate client network is an added advantage
