Job Responsibilities:
● Working primarily “behind the scenes,” sales support takes care of the details to help sales those who perform client-facing roles like outside sales close their deals faster.
● Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information . Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
● Work as a CRM Admin
● Manage CRM to Administer our Database, Involve in CRM setup and Reporting by co-ordination with the sales team.
● Involve in the training process of how they can use CRM for new sales team users.
● Generate Periodical Reports (daily/weekly/monthly Report)
Job requirements:
● Working experience into CRMs like Hubspot, Zoho, Sugar CRM, Salesforce
● Proficient in Database tools, MS-Excel
● Excellent knowledge in Google Spreadsheet, MS Excel, generating reports for team members
● Managing a team
Desired Skills:
● Self-starter with drive and initiative
● Strong business acumen and interpersonal and communication skills that will instill confidence in
(prospective) clients
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience: 2-4 years
Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Location: Gandhinagar
Timings: 7:30 AM to 4.30 PM (1st, 3rd & 5th Saturday off)
