Role: Salesforce Data Cloud Developers
Location: Mumbai (Looking for immediate joiners)
Role Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant to support the implementation and ongoing operations of a Salesforce marketing ecosystem for a leading DTH provider. The platform includes Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Personalization.
The role involves working with marketing, CRM, and technology teams to manage customer data, enable audience segmentation, and support campaign activation using Salesforce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Support implementation and configuration of Salesforce Data Cloud including Data Streams, Identity Resolution, and Calculated Insights.
• Assist in ingesting and managing customer data from multiple enterprise systems such as CRM, billing, and subscriber platforms.
• Create and manage customer segments and audiences for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Enable audience activation into Salesforce Marketing Cloud for campaign execution.
• Monitor data ingestion pipelines and ensure successful data loads across systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to data pipelines, audience activation, and campaign flows.
• Work closely with marketing and technology teams to support customer lifecycle and personalization use cases.
• Maintain documentation and support operational monitoring of the platform.
Required Skills
• 2–5 years of experience working with Salesforce ecosystem or marketing technology platforms.
• Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud or similar Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
• Understanding of customer data ingestion, segmentation, and audience management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms.
• Basic understanding of API integrations and data pipeline concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills
• Salesforce certifications such as Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Administrator.
• Exposure to Marketing Cloud Personalization or customer personalization tools.
• Experience working with large customer datasets in B2C environments.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and campaign automation.
• Experience in telecom, DTH, media, or subscription-based business environments.
