Job Position Title: SAP FI & Tax Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead functional design for SAP FI, Direct/Indirect Tax, and S/4HANA Tax solutions.
• Work with Process SMEs, Product Managers, and Design Leads to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Partner with Project Managers on effort estimations, solution design, and release management.
• Execute unit/integration testing, resolve defects, and support audit/compliance reporting.
• Drive solutions for lightly managed cloud applications and prototype new capabilities.
• Manage period-end activities, batch jobs, and tax team coordination, ensuring smooth post-go-live support.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Must-Have:
• Strong expertise in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and Tax modules.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Tax solutions.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, write functional specs, and design RICEFW objects.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, HPQC, and change/release management.
• Knowledge of tax compliance, audit reporting, and period-end processes.
• Good-to-Have:
• Exposure to SAP BRIM, FSCM, or hybrid cloud deployments.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
