• Qualified CA/ICWA/MBA-Finance with 10-15 years of total work experience in the construction and contracting industry.
• Leadership experience in a mid-sized or large company in the finance and accounting function.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial management skills, including accounts and audit, budgeting, taxation, and finance. They will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accounts and Audit: Manage the financial operations of the organization, ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Budgeting: Prepare and submit budgets, monitor actuals, analyze budget vs actuals, and provide margin and profitability analysis.
• Taxation: Oversee filing of returns, attend tax authorities for assessments and appeals, and ensure timely filing of returns.
• Finance: Prepare and submit loan applications, renew existing loans, prepare reports for rating agencies, and complete necessary compliances.
