An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitable qualified applicant with drive and enthusiasm to join Glasgow HSCP Senior Administration Team The Post holder will be responsible for providing leadership and line management to a Team of 40 staff Team based across 5 Sites. They will effectively plan & deploy resources across Multiple Sites within South Locality supporting a range of Services including Primary Care Mental Health, Psychotherapy and Community Mental Health Services.
The post holder will function with a high degree of autonomy and will be required to make critical decisions on a daily basis, in relation to operational systems, staffing issues, referral management ensuring organizational objectives and wider SG Targets are achieved supporting the effective delivery of patient care. Sites Include: Brand Street, Rossdale Centre, Florence Street x 2 separate buildings, Stewart Centre & Leverndale.
The successful Postholder requires to have equivalent experience in Business Administration Previous experience and ability to demonstrate effective supervision of administrative and clerical staff directly involved in patient administration Excellent leadership, negotiation skills with ability to organize, motivate and develop staff. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and planning and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise concurrent demands.
