Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to manage our company's financial accounting and procurement processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance (GST/TDS), and managing vendor relationships from identification to payment. This role requires close coordination with our Sales, Operations, and eCommerce teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Day-to-day bookkeeping and maintaining accounting ledgers.
Keeping purchase and sales records up-to-date.
Managing and filing GST & TDS returns accurately and on time.
Overseeing accounts payable and receivable.
Processing vendor payments and managing company expenses.
Handling bank account reconciliations and management.
Managing and reconciling transactions from eCommerce platforms.
Purchase Management:
Identifying and vetting new vendors for products.
Managing relationships and credit terms with current vendors.
Creating and tracking vendor purchase orders.
Coordinating with vendors for timely deliveries and shipments.
Ensuring timely processing of vendor payments.
