The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our Finance department. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in healthcare finance, particularly in revenue cycle management.
What You’ll Do
Work on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements.
Maintain books of accounts on both accrual and cash basis.
Manage accounts payable and vendor relationships.
Handle payroll processing and compliance with labor laws.
Do tax planning and compliance (federal, state, and sales tax).
Coordinate with auditors to ensure timely completion of audited financials.
Manage banking relationships and cash flow forecasting.
Oversee customer contract financial terms and revenue recognition.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
5 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle management (RCM).
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, and QuickBooks.
At least 5 years in the following areas: Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Accounts
Receivable Management, Revenue Collection, ADP Payroll, Banking, Credit Card Management, Employee Reimbursement, Financial Audit Coordination, Tax Management (Federal, State, and Sales Tax), Budgets, Financial Projections, and Cash Flow Management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
