We’re looking for a driven Senior Accountant to join our client in Atlanta, GA. This is an ideal role for a CPA early in their career who started in a top-tier public accounting firm and is ready to move into a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
You’ll play a key role in financial reporting, general ledger oversight, and audit support—while gaining exposure to all phases of the real estate lifecycle and working directly with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead monthly close, journal entries, and reconciliations
Prepare and analyze financial statements and internal reports
Maintain general ledger across multiple entities and projects
Coordinate draw packages for lenders and investors
Support annual audits and tax prep with external partners
Improve and document accounting processes and controls
Assist with financial models, variance analysis, and ad hoc reports
Collaborate on real estate acquisitions, development, and operations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
1–2 years at a Big 4 or large public accounting firm
CPA or actively pursuing
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative
Real estate or construction experience a plus

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
