Job Description
Senior Accountant should be an expert in all accounting principals, Responsibilities of candidates include:
Handle Day to Day Company .
Should be able to prepare the data for submission for Internal Audit.
Should have sound knowledge to manage statutory compliance.
Should be able to prepare MIS Reports
Should have good Knowledge to keep accounts up to date as per the requirements of the Auditors.
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
Analyse financial information and summarise financial status
Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
Assist with tax audits and tax returns
Support month-end and year-end close process
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Skill Required
Must have experience of busy Software
•Knowledge and practical work experience of accounting / GST / TDS / ESI, EPF / Import documentation.
•knowledge of E- Invoicing and E Way Bill
•Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Table, Vlook up, Sum If and Other advanced excel formulas)
•Maintaining of debtors / creditors bill wise in Busy
•Maintaining of inventory wise books
•Preparation of Monthly Stock statement
•Preparation of final balance sheet.
•Maintaining day to day books of accounts on busy software
•Bank Reconciliation
•Complete knowledge about TDS like sections and deductions.
• creating balance sheets,
• taxation (GST plus TDS)
• all annual/monthly/quarterly filings
• Should be able to maintain bank statements
• settle costs on balance sheets
• manage invoices
• help senior accounts team
