Duties &Responsibilities
Financial and Management Reporting
· Monthly Financials reporting, including P&L, Balance sheet and cashflow
· Monthly management reporting, including budgets and forecasts
· Monthly business performance KPI reporting
· Milestone and income forecasting vs actuals analysis
· Business reporting, including payroll cost analysis, construction job costs analysis and GL accounts analysis to management
EOM and EOFY Duties
· Manage month end procedure to ensure finance team deadline met by the team members, financials submitted to management by deadline.
· Manage year end procedure and complete financial statements reconciliation, reporting deadline met.
· Complete year end depreciation calculation, adjustment journals and job WIP calculations.
· Reconcile key data to the general ledger
· Post EOM and EOFY journals to reconcile the financial statements
· Manage and maintain company fixed asset register
· Manager and maintain the inter entity loans register, reconcile against intercompany accounts.
Tax Compliance
· Manage company tax, including BAS, FBT, payroll tax and income tax
· Produce Reportable Subcontract report to ATO
· Complete annual BAS reconciliation and adjustment/return
· Work with external consultants and accountant to finalise income tax lodgement and audited financials.
Oversee Finance team - AP and AR
· Review Accounts payable team’s work, ensuring key payments batches processed correctly, meeting deadline including payment options by EFT, Bpay, credit card, direct debit & International payments
· Review and ensure Supplier detail correctly recorded in accounting system
· Review Accounts Receivable team’s work, ensure customer ledgers reconciled, aging reports actions taken timely, debtors reporting issued timely.
· Review the key business bank accounts and credit card reconciliations to identify any incorrect payment.
· Assist with generating Bank guarantee, and reconcile term deposits accounts and record the project retention and release for AS4000 contract projects
Oversee Payroll Tasks
· Review and approve monthly payroll payment for both onshore and offshore teams
· Review and back pay for new employees at end of month and final pay upon employee termination
· Review and approve the superannuation payment quarterly
· Review and approve the payroll tax lodgement
· Review and reconcile the Work Cover insurance
· Post payroll journals in the accounting system
Related Entity Accounting duties
· Assist with intercompany accounts team to reconcile the intercompany accounts
· Assist with group entities to carry out adhoc duties, including full financial management
· Assist with group manufacturing entity with month end and year end reporting
· Assist with costs control, stock management and KPI reporting
· Attend Group accounts meeting and management meeting
· Assist with developing and implementing group accounting policy and procedures.
· Assist with group tax compliance.
· Adhoc group accounting management duties
Skills & Experiences
The successful candidate will demonstrate with below skills & experience:
· Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Accounting
· Minimum 5 years’ work experience in similar position
· Property/real estate and health care Industry experience preferred
· Databuild, datapel and MYOB Experience
· Strong attention to detail and a keen attitude to learn
· Excellent time management & organizational skills
· Strong leader to guide the team through and mentor the team growth
· Be reliable & self-motivated Enthusiastic to learn & progress within the company

Salary: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
