Senior Accountant
Accounting Farm is the fastest growing KPO who provides online accounting & bookkeeping company to various countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, UK, etc. We serve CPA / International Accounting Firms and have clients from various industries such as construction, e-commerce, wholesaler/retailers, contractors, manufacturing industries, hotels/restaurants, real-estate, etc. Our headquarter is situated at Ahmedabad, Gujarat and sales office in Toronto, Canada. We have a team of experienced accountant and bookkeepers who work together to serve clients’ needs. Right now, we are looking for Senior Accountant to join the head office. The successful candidate will be reporting to the managing director and will be managing a team of several accountants and bookkeepers. He/She will allocate the tasks to the team and review the work before sending it to the clients.
Responsibilities: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and take meeting notes.
Liaise between clients and team members for the key issues and provide support. Create schedule and allocate tasks to the team members.
Review the work done by the team members and make sure all the tasks on the checklist are performed before sending it to the clients. Provide daily/ biweekly report to the managing director Ensure clients is getting un-interrupted service all the time. Perform Accounting/Bookkeeping Tasks when required.
Education: M.com, B.com, CA, or Inter CA
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounting / bookkeeping services. Experience in KPO /International Accounting is preferred but not required.
Required Skills: In -Depth knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping fundamentals. Hands On Experience with MS Excel (Macro, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP).
Ability to manage a small-mid size team.
Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
Preference will be given to the candidate with the experience/knowledge of Xero, Quick Books
Job Sift: (Night) timing is 05:00 PM to 01:30 AM.
Salary: salary will be commensurate with experience Contract: The successful candidate needs to sign the contract to work for Accounting Farm for 12 months

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
