Job description
The role is responsible for end-to-end tax compliance, accounting close support, and inter-company transaction management for APAC operations. The position ensures timely statutory compliance, accurate financial reporting, robust reconciliations, and audit readiness, while working closely with internal stakeholders, banks, and external consultants.
Responsibilities
• Finalize and file GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, and LUT within statutory timelines.
• Perform GST turnover reconciliation, handle GST payments, challan uploads, approvals, and utilization entries.
• Manage ISD returns, input reclassification entries, and GST TDS reconciliation.
• Prepare MIS/Dashboards for GST reviews.
• Pass TDS accounting entries and prepare TDS computations.
• Coordinate for quarterly TDS return filings and processing advance tax payments.
• Perform inter-company reconciliations, knock-offs, and receivable tracking.
• Handling BOE, AWB, and invoice documentation.
• Execute SAP cockpit runs, resolve I-Doc failures.
