• Title: Senior Accountant-Corporate Accounting

• Description: Responsibilities
• Review monthly trends of Property Income Statements and Balance Sheets and prepare fluctuations for the assigned portfolio
• Create explanations for tenant recovery and rental revenue variances for the assigned portfolio
• Execute month-end close procedures including reconciliations, journal entries, and invoice approvals
• Provide financial analyses support by acting as a liaison between Accounting and Asset Services teams
• Assist regional teams in preparing annual operating budgets and CAM reconciliations
• Help in the preparation of consolidated reporting packages for management review
• Prepare financial analyses to support the Company’s 10Q/10K/Supplemental SEC filings
• Participate in various ad-hoc projects such as process improvement initiatives and internal/external audit requests
• Qualifications
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• CPA certification is preferred
• Must have at least 2 years of Accounting experience
• Experience in Public Accounting is highly desirable
• Experience in Public commercial real estate is preferred
• Proficient in US GAAP Accounting, with knowledge of Lease Accounting and Project Cost Accounting as a bonus
• Experience with JDE is advantageous
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Experience working in a large team environment and collaborating across multiple groups is preferred
