As a Senior Accountant on the Accounting team, you'll play a critical role in helping the team with the month-end, quarterly and financial closing process. You'll be essential in helping with Blue Yonder’s day-to-day accounting activities, overseeing aspects of the general ledger. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategic finance, associate success, procurement, treasury and operations to provide valuable insight. This role is critical to Blue Yonder’s success, ensuring that all reporting timelines are met and financial information is accurate, enabling informed decisions that drive growth and profitability.
What You'll Do
Perform both routine and non-routine/complex monthly close responsibilities
Prepare assigned balance sheet account reconciliations consistent with Company policy and internal control standards
Liaise with external audit firm on both routine and non-routine matters
Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of accounting policies and internal controls
Assist in designing new processes and enhancing existing ones; implement scalable processes to support the Blue Yonder’s growth, and drive continuous improvement
Perform detailed variance analysis on assigned accounts to understand reasons for changes and help ensure accuracy
Perform transactional and financial research and analyze internal and external issues related to assigned areas of responsibility

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
