Shopperbeats is fastest growing internet ecommerce company based in Australia, having office in Vadodara .We sell a thousand different products across a wide range of Home & Garden, Pet Supplies, Sporting and fitness goods, Accessories, Health& Beauty necessities, Electronics, Automobile, etc across Australia and New Zealand Market Via various Marketplace Channel/Daily Deal Platform.
Job Location: - Akota, Vadodara/Baroda
Roles and Responsibilities-
Bookkeeping & Reconciliation (Australia and India)
Data entry and processing in Xero
Reporting financial to directors as required;
Maintenance of books. (Supplier Invoice, Company related expense)
Day to day administrative tasks (filing, etc.); and
Check all supplier payment in and out.
Any other duties as directed.
Preparation of financial statements (PL, Other Reports)
Filing of GST and tax returns
Financial Reporting and Analytics.
ROC compliances knowledge
ESI, PF, Professional tax, Payroll manage
Audit of all vouchers every month w.r.t. categorization of invoice files, purchase files, tax acknowledgement
Complete taxation work including Audits like Tax audits, statutory Audits etc and accounting
Other Admin Task related to company related to account
Month End closing reports as per set deadlines.
HR Management (Grey HR Software) with salary payment to staff, leave management
Email Communication with our supplier in Australia
Skill Required: -
Bookkeeping: 1-5 years (Must)
Knowledge of online accounting software (Xero,Zoho )
Strong critical thinking, problem solving and excellent communication skills
Innovative, proactive and a good team player would be best suited for this role
Excellent analytical skills and accuracy with numbers are standard requirements
Advanced MS Excel working.
In-depth Knowledge of Advance Excel (v lookup, h lookup, and pivot tables)
High proficiency in Fundamentals of Accounting
Good Communication Skills
Well organized, can set priorities and can complete tasks within tight timeframes
Quick Learner, Honest and reliable, trustworthy, A quick and eager learner.
Comfortable working in Cloud Environment
Studied in English Medium school would be advantage.
Education : -B.com, Post Graduate (M.com / MBA Finance/CA)
