Urgent Opening Position: Senior Accountant/ Finance Controller
Location: Piplod, Surat
Salary Budget: 50k to 70k
Role Overview
We need one reliable, long-term owner who can independently manage and take over the entire accounts system end-to-end, as the founder travels frequently.
Businesses to be handled
• Company-owned café outlets (Origins, Reserve)
• Franchise outlets (royalty tracking)
• Trading company (supply chain)
• Group-level MIS & reporting
Key Responsibilities
• Outlet-wise & entity-wise P&L
• Daily / weekly / monthly MIS
• Cash flow & payment planning
• GST, TDS, compliance
• Franchise royalty reconciliation
• Supervision of junior accountant
• Coordination with CA
• Live reporting to founder
Mandatory Requirements
• 6–10 years experience
• Hospitality / café / restaurant / franchise background
• Hands-on, ownership mindset
• Comfortable working directly with founder
• Able to run the system independently
