Job Description
In this role, you will be part of a collaborative accounting team focused on supporting global financial close processes. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a vital role in preparing consolidated financial statements and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP. You will collaborate with various stakeholders in a dynamic, multi-entity environment, contributing to process improvements while managing intercompany reconciliations and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the financial close process by coordinating with multiple entities and consolidating data.
• Review intercompany transactions and balances to ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting.
• Participate in audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or related fields, particularly in consolidations.
• Strong knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and experience with compliance processes.
• Proven experience consolidating financial statements from multi-entity organizations under U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with financial reporting tools such as OneStream is preferred but not required.
