Job Description
Position: Sr. Executive Accounts
Base Location: Mumbai
Min Experience: 3-5 Years
Industry: Real Estate
Reporting to: Head Finance & Accounts
Turnover: Over 300Crs.
Team size: 2 People
Position Summary
To ensure that all financial transactions are accounted for accurately on a real-time basis and in line with the accounting policies, standards and practices. Also to ensure that all statutory compliances are fulfilled on time with high accuracy level.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Undertaking all bookkeeping and banking entries.
Bank Reconciliation for personal books and group companies.
Tracking of PDC’s and all such instruments.
Following due systems and approval process.
Accounts scrutiny & settlement of Debtors & Creditors.
Following up for bank confirmation and bank statements.
Preparing entries and making payments for various payables and computing amounts of payable under various laws.
Preparing company wise reimbursement sheets, at regular intervals.
Assistance with preparing various MIS reports.
Undertaking tax calculations and making payments.
Compile and review all data for tax compliances.
Prepare and file tax returns.
Interacting closely with various tax consultants, tax offices and advisors for assessments and scrutiny matters and coordinating with them to prepare management update reports. Following up with the tax department for various approvals
Key Activity:
Maintaining day-to-day accounts, voucher entry, accounts receivables, accounts payable, running daily TB, daily BRS.
Ledger scrutiny & reconciliation of Trade payable & Trade receivables.
Preparation of TDS, GST working on monthly basis.
Assisting Senior in Audit Queries & finalising the books of accounts.
Preparing statements at regular intervals regarding term loans / cash credit accounts .etc.
Preparing data for monthly MIS reports.
Requirements
