Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts. Monitor and report variances.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
- Inventory Accounting: Oversee inventory valuation and reconciliation. Work closely with the production team to track raw material and finished goods inventory.
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA/ICWA qualification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,
