Job description
Preparation of quarterly and Annual Statutory audit financials
Perform proper month close activities and circulate monthly MIS and schedules.
Review of all contracts and ensure compliance of terms & conditions. Responsible for making project payments to contractors and suppliers, ensuring that they are paid on time and as per the agreements in place.
Ensuring budgetary control and adherence to the processes laid down
Serve as an advisor to the project team on accounting and taxation matters (with guidance from his seniors)
Responsible for ensuring statutory compliances with respect to TDS, GST payments in his area of work.
Enable daily operational activities of Finance Function with a responsibility to own the Profit & Loss account, budgeting and forecasting.
This position will be actively involved in providing due support to the finance Team for all accounting and financial matters.
This position will be completely responsible for Finance operations and will also have complete responsibility for directly working with the business, quality team to ensure continuous performance improvement and sharing best practices within the team and across function.
As a custodian of financial policies and processes, to ensure that adequate provisioning is carried in books and a true and fair picture of the financial health of the organization is presented to stakeholders
To provide reports on a timely basis for the purposes of review by management
