Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of accountants, managing financial accounts, and performing other related duties.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of accountants, providing guidance and support as needed.
Manage financial accounts, including journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet preparation.
Develop and implement work standards and conduct staff performance evaluations.
Conduct audits of financial documents and review those conducted by subordinates.
Prepare complex financial reports and review those prepared by subordinates.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
At least three years of professional accounting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
