Your Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will serve as an Assistant Business Manager, taking on a wide range of responsibilities. You’ll work directly with a Business Manager and collaborate closely with a small yet experienced team. Your responsibilities will include:
Onboarding new clients and managing ongoing client relationships.
Handling client inquiries, financial emergencies, and day-to-day needs.
Leading accounting and finance projects, with a broad scope of work.
Developing and implementing innovative processes to enhance client services.

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:
Entrepreneurial and Curious: You’re driven to challenge the status quo and create new solutions.
Experienced: You have 4-6 years of accounting/finance experience, including at least 2 years in public accounting.
Personable and Charismatic: You thrive on client interaction and excel at building and maintaining relationships.
Proactive and Organized: You’re a detail-oriented self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
Innovative Thinker: You embrace gray areas and see them as opportunities to innovate.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting from an accredited university.
4-6 years of accounting/finance experience (public or private).
At least 2 years of public accounting firm experience.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
Reside in the Los Angeles area for occasional local travel.
Preferred Qualifications
CPA designation.
Experience with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
Background in entertainment business management.
Bonus Package
Annual target bonus of 10% for all salaried employees.
