This role is extremely broad and will appeal to someone who wants the chance to touch a lot of areas at a Private-Equity backed company looking to exit in 18 months
Due diligence, audit, internal controls, and treasury are all areas that you will be exposed to while working directly with the Controller
In the short term, you will be walking into a situation where reconciliations weren’t done until very recently with the arrival of a new controller

This role is a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX.
This role is extremely broad and will appeal to someone who wants the chance to touch a lot of areas at a Private-Equity backed company looking to exit in 18 months. Due diligence, audit, internal controls, and treasury are all areas that you will be exposed to while working directly with the Controller. In the short term, you will be walking into a situation where reconciliations weren’t done until very recently with the arrival of a new controller. There is a goal of getting to a 5-day close in the future and you will have the chance to be a part of a transformative period for the company as they set themselves up for acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity but also a challenging one and we are looking for someone who is energized by the opportunity.
