Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team in the Mumbai office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and handling statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial functions, including finalizing company accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
Handle direct tax compliances, including income tax computations, MAT working, income tax return filings, tax audits, and scrutiny matters
Ensure all indirect tax compliances are handled, including GST returns filing, checking GST workings, tax credits, GST audits, and other indirect tax compliance
Manage statutory compliance for individuals, companies, and trusts
Review MIS, budgets, manage cash flows, and work on credit ratings, loans, and working capital documentations
Coordinate with CS for ROC filings, minutes, Companies Act compliance, and secretarial compliance
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in accounting, finance, and taxation. A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
