Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GST, Tally, compliance specific to real estate, and managing TDS and Advance Tax. You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP.
Ensure timely and accurate GST filings and compliance.
Handle TDS deductions, filings, and Advance Tax calculations and payments.
Maintain proper books of accounts as per applicable laws.
Prepare financial statements and assist with audits.
Ensure all real estate compliance requirements are met.
Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Coordinate with external auditors and consultants as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of accounting experience, specifically in the real estate industry.
Proficient in Tally ERP, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Advance Tax rules and regulations.
Experience in real estate-specific accounting and compliance is a must.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
