Key Responsibilities
· Co-ordinating for information with the other teams for vendor invoices, customer invoices, treasury inputs, etc.
· Accounting for vendor invoices, expense accruals, revenue invoices, advances, cash and bank transactions.
· Account for Investment Property / Investment Property under construction.
· Review of general ledger and preparing monthly reconciliations and MIS.
· Annual financial statement preparation under IND AS, schedules and notes, and audit support.
· Preparing the TDS workings on a monthly basis and filing the TDS return quarterly. Knowledge of TDS applicability along with rates and section.
· Working knowledge of GST filing and related accounting aspects
· Knowledge of IND AS would be an added advantage
· Any other related accounting work as may be required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in accounting and compliance.
Extensive experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in a senior accounting role within diverse industries.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
